Can I receive an online consultation for my first visit?
Yes. Online consultations are available for first time patients.

What treatments and medications are available through online consultations?
Treatments and medications are determined based on your condition. Please refer to Conditions We Treat for details. You may be advised to visit another medical institution if necessary.

Until when can I change or cancel my reservation?
Reservations may be changed or canceled at any time before the consultation. If you do not join within 15 minutes, the consultation will be canceled.
House Calls

When can I request a house call?
House calls are available upon request at any time. All consultations start online, and you can discuss with the doctor whether a house call is appropriate.

What areas are house calls available in?
House calls are available within central Tokyo (Tokyo's 23 wards).

What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card payments only. Cash is not accepted.

What languages are supported?
We support multiple languages using AI-powered translation tools. Consultations are available in English as well as other languages, including Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and more.

How will I receive my medication?
For online consultations, prescriptions are sent to a nearby pharmacy. For house calls, medications are provided on site.

Does the consultation fee include the cost of medication?
No. The consultation fee does not include the cost of medication.

Can I use Japanese health insurance or travel insurance?
Japanese public health insurance is not accepted. Services are provided as private medical care. Insurance claim documentation can be issued. Coverage depends on your policy.

Do I need to provide identification?
Yes. A passport is required.

What happens in a medical emergency?
If you believe your condition is urgent or life threatening, please call an ambulance immediately. If our doctor identifies an emergency during an online consultation, you will be guided to an appropriate emergency medical facility.
